Treo 680 now available from Cingular and unlocked by ZDNet’s Matthew Miller — The Palm Treo 680 was announced last month and is now available for purchasing from Cingular and from Palm. You can get it for as low as US$199 or US$399 in an unlocked model. This latest Treo runs the Palm OS and should be quite a hit for the holidays.
